From Burnout to Rooted Power 
- My Story

 

Ten years ago, I was bedridden with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). My body had completely shut down after years of overriding its signals — pushing through stress, performing strength, and disconnecting from myself to meet expectations.

I didn’t just heal. I rebuilt my life from the inside out.

I began living in rhythm with my body, and trained in the somatic, nervous system, and subconscious healing tools I now share with my clients. Alongside running my own creative businesses in photography and coaching, I’ve worked with hundreds of women to reconnect with their body’s intelligence and return to a life of ease, clarity, and leadership.

I created the Rise Rooted Reset to give you a proven path — one that’s practical, body-first, and rooted in the tools that actually help.

This isn’t about hustling your way into wholeness. It’s about remembering that everything you need already lives within you — and building the capacity to lead from that place.

Rooting the Nervous System

This is the week you start responding instead of reacting.
You’ll learn how to notice when you’re disregulated and build rituals that root you back into safety. Aligned decisions, clearer boundaries, and less overthinking - it all starts here.

Week 04.

Embodied
Leadership

Your presence is powerful when it’s regulated.
This final week is where it all integrates. You’ll practice embodying your truth, not through force, but through grounded presence. You’ll leave with rituals, tools, and a new way of leading your life.

From Survival Mode to Embodied Leadership

Over a decade ago, I was completely burnt out, not just tired, but physically shut down.

After being diagnosed with ME/CFS, I spent 2 years navigating chronic fatigue, emotional numbness, and a nervous system that didn’t feel safe. No affirmation, mindset shift, or hustle could reach what was happening deep in my body.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to override my symptoms, and started listening.

Through a slow, intuitive self-healing process, I began to regulate my nervous system, unravel old patterns, and return to clarity. I moved to Mexico, rebuilt my rhythm from the ground up, and eventually created two soul-led businesses that honour my truth and energy.

But this journey wasn’t just personal, I’ve since trained professionally in this space too.
