From Disconnection ⇆ Embodied Self Trust - My 'Rising' Story
Hello, I'm Cassandra - founder of Rise Rooted.
In 2013 I diagnosed with ME/CFS. I spent 2 years navigating chronic fatigue, emotional numbness, and a nervous system that didn’t feel safe. No affirmations, or mindset shifts could reach what was happening deep within my body.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to override my body, and moved into a place of collaboration, listening and responding.
I began to learning how to regulate my nervous system and started to feel safe in my body, I reprogrammed beliefs born from memories of pain and shame, and I started to experience a life of embodied clarity. I rebuilt my life from the ground up, inside out and eventually created two businesses that honour my truth and my energy.
I’ve helped hundreds of women to reconnect to their body’s intelligence - and create a newfound sense of self trust.
I created When She Rise's to give you a way through that’s practical, body-first, and rooted in the pathways of sustainable changes that support a modern lifestyle.
